You can make better pasta at home!I visited this restaurant after decent reviews and a major craving for an item on their menu. The service was v good and welcoming but unfortunately the food was rather substandard. The garlic bread was okay (nothing special), it was the creamy mushroom tagliatelle that really flopped. The dish came out faster than it would’ve taken the chef to cook the pasta which helped partially explain why it did not taste fresh (ie at least freshly boiled) and quite frankly tasted reheated. Pasta aside, the sauce was very tasteless and I truly wished I had just made my own pasta at home which would’ve at the minimum been satisfactory compared. I would not return here for the food. It’s a shame since the manager and waitress were very good. Although when I did mention to her that I was unhappy, and it was clear I’d barely eaten the pasta and the bowl was still relatively full – she still did not suggest an alternative nor offered anything eg a discount at least as a consolation.
