Decorated in stylish rustic colours with minimalistic hardwood furniture, a zinc-topped bar and a glass-roofed atrium, Bustopher's Bar Bistro is a cosy family-run venue that is a hit with both Truro locals and visiting gourmands alike. We popped in to escape the rain and ended up having a lovely dinner here. We had marinated olives and fresh bread to start, then fish and chips and salmon fillet. Everything was amazing and the service couldn’t have been better!
I do now know that Bustophers has been taken over and will be re opening mid March! I have heard the ideas for this beautiful venue and I am VERY excited! Definitely going to be one to watch out for.
