Colours Cafe brings a Friendly and Heart Warming approach to Cafe life whilst offering a Space to relax, unwind, live well and eat well. We care about our Community and our Environment and aim to make a difference by sourcing locally and Sustainably with our Cornish suppliers as well as bringing workshops and events to our Community. Our Cafe is Vegetarian & Vegan and our range of lunch options offer a Healthy, Vibrant and a Colourful menu choice which promotes the benefits of healthy eating and looking after ourselves. Our food is made fresh to order bringing you a great taste as well as being nutritiously rich. Nature is a source of goodness and we believe natures ingredients are essential for vitality and well being. We have simply chosen to share our inspiration through the love of nature and well being with great food. We also bring and hold numerous Workshops, Events and Community groups at our unique space during the day and evenings
