A decent local pub with very pretty surrounding. Right across there’s the Eel Pie Island, and of course the Thames. The only thing I didn’t feel very happy with is the fact that they had a quite limited menu. But I had cod and chips the other day – you know you can never go wrong with this
This is a great pub to watch the river go by. We came for lunch but thoughtthe foodwas pretty average and overpriced for the amount we got. The burgerscould do with more salad, found them a bit dry. Staff were friendly though and the service was great. Fab pub on rugby days for the ambience although it does get packed! msfoodblogger.com
