Slide down for Turkish / Trke yorum iin kaydrn. The tables are not close to each other, that’s an advantage. I was in there at the middle of the day but the place was so crowded. That may be a problem at nights. Staff was good and I ate a burger menu, the meat was delicious. I can’t compare the prices because I am not so experienced in UK right now. Preferable at middle of the days. Masalar birbirine fazla yakn olmad iin mekan sk tk deil. Gn ortasnda gitmeme ramen belirli bir kitle oradayd. Geceleri ok kalabalk olabileceini dnyorum. Bir hamburger yedim ve ngiliz etini gerekten lezzetli buldum. Fiyatlar ise bir ngiliz iin bence iyi, Trkler iin de 4 ile arplmasna ramen yine iyi diyebilirim.
I went to this pub on what I thought would be a really busy night due to a rugby match, but I was mistaken. This is a bit of a shame, because the atmosphere was dull. That’s not to say that it doesn’t have good features – there’s lots of room, and service was quick and friendly. But there was a surprisingly limited selection of beverages available at the bar, and the chips we bought to share between us were stodgy – like they hadn’t been cooked for long enough. Overall, unremarkable and forgettable.
There’s not really much to say about The William Webb Ellis, it’s your pretty standard Wetherspoons pub. Too be honest I only go in there if I want a cheap bevvy or two.On the occasions that I have eaten there the food has been hit or miss. If it’s right it’s great value for money but if it’s wrong it can be disastrous like the time the fork literally bent right over when trying to cut the roast chicken! Last time I visited was for breakfast, the result of which can be seen below. For under 4 it was a good effort. The decor leaves a bit to be desired, run down and dark but in winter it has a lovely open fire that you can pull up a chair and get nice and cosy.A word to the wise though, go early because it may take a while to get served……….slow service in all areas! msfoodblogger.com
On April 10th, 2014 my husband, daughter and I went to visit Wetherspoon Twickenham(24 London Road, TW1 3RR) for the Curry Night deal. The whole place looked chaotic; very crowded and disorganised; tables were packed with dirty plates, knives and forks. Nobody bothered to clear them away. The place had a bad smell. We found one table vacant but without chairs. We waited near that table, no staff came to us; so we went to the counter to ask the bar staff whether we were allowed to move the chairs from outside to this vacant table, the bar maid answered, No, you are not allowed to move chairs from outside to inside! We asked, how can we eat here with no chairs?!She answered, You are rude as Im serving other customers! We were surprised to be accused of rude just because we asked whether we were allowed to move chairs. Then her male colleague (he called himself as Steve) ordered us, You are barred from this place! We were very unhappy with this type of customer service, staff attitude and disorganised running of the whole place.Louisa
