Quality of drinks have been terrible every time I’ve given this branch another chance.Ordered a mocha to take away this afternoon. I took it to my car and it was too hot to drink, so I waited give minutes for it to cool. By then, the structure of the aerated milk had collapsed and I had half a cup of coffee left (no exaggeration).Another time, a few months back, I ordered a caramel latte. The drink was one third syrup, which was disgustingly sweet and I had to get a refund in the end. Unfortunately, I have never had a good experience in this particular branch. Baristas there clearly haven’t been trained very well and can’t even make an average quality drink. Definitely wouldn’t recommend!P.s. I’m only referring to this particular branch. I have been to others and their drinks have been more than pleasant.
