We have just discovered this tea room, It is quite a little gem. We were not ready for a full blown meal and really all we wanted was a sandwich or something like that, so we settled for a meal deal. My wife had a prawn meal and I had a ham and cheese one. What we got was a freshly produced, fresh cut sandwich, each with the filling that we asked for, plus fresh salad; a bag of crisps and a cup of tea for my wife, and a mug of filter coffee for myself.It came to 3.20 each which was only just over the price of a basic sandwich. Excellent value and excellent service.I want this place to succeed so that I know where I will be eating in future when I am in Upminster.Thank you very much.

Most reasonably priced cafe I’ve ever been to. Lovely, friendly staff. Great food. Lovely little place. Can’t fault it at all.
