  Customer service is absolutely awful. Such a shame as a year ago this was the best kebab I’ve ever had. I used to order 1-2 times a week. Now I go once every three months and every time I leave disappointed. They have got my order wrong numerous times, when I call to tell them they behave like its my fault. Only serve small portions of dips on certain days (rather than mezze portion) which makes me question the use by date. Which I have received some not quite smelling right food. Never cater to your needs. Portion sizes have also reduced drastically.

  Bfc. So I have been to Harman a dozen of times now, I look forward to the next dozen, from the great interior to the very very friendly staff who seem to make it there only goal to look after you and make sure you leave with a smile on your face we come to the food. The food for me has to have flavour and depth as well as looking good ( people also eat with there eyes ), Harman have cracked this on all levels. I try and have a different dish every time we go and still have yet to be disappointed. I love the chargrilled bread and carrot/ beet root dip they serve before the meal, courgette cakes, king prawns and the mixed plate for two are all good choices to start. Mains I cannot pick a favourite ( still trying ) . Apricots yogurt omg a must try. There seem to be few places that hit all the right buttons from atmosphere to service, food and price. Harmen has all of these things.
