Really friendly staff in here serving a wide selection of Indian and Pakistani food. Great chicken tikka roll which is huge and under a fiver. You can eat in or take away. Tasty food with a smile.
There are various branches of this joint from Elephant and castle, Tooting to Clapham. They serve good Indian/Pakistani food, especially their curries that go for..under a fiver- enough for 2 people. They do kebab rolls for under 2 quid too so its great if you plan on not cooking for the night. Their curries are pre-prepared and they just heat it and give it to you, it doesnt depreciate the taste but might put some people off. It is what I would call a proper Curry on the go Takeaway.Dont go there for the deco though, its non existant.Pro-Taste,Price,FastCon-Greasy,No ambiance
Nice Food. I ate here recently since they refurbished the Resturant. I must say the food was really nice. I had a lamb curry with rice, aloo gobi & nan bread, it was very good quality & tasted good. The atmosphere is cafe style with lots of passers by ordering take away food as well as people eating in. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Will be eating here again.
My favourite Indian / Pakistani restaurant (food wise) in London and I have been to ALOT of Indian restaurants. The place is run by a friendly Afghan family and has a BYO policy. Serves a variety of starters and mains with a wider choice of vegetarian dishes than most. My favorites are the chapali kebabs (so named ’cause they look like slippers), the lamb koftas, the saag paneer and dal. It’s a great little ‘dhaba’.
