This was my favorite Labanesse restaurant which was introduced by my lebanesse friend and still good food i can say. But I’m very disappointed & upset today with the customers service. It is SHOCKINGLY POOR…. Me and my husband ordered sharwarma to eat-in, with my my daughter who’s 7 yrs old which can’t eat anything spicy..so we decided to take away for her fish & chips next door and brought it in the Gourmet 2. We were told that my daughter can’t eat there so I sort of argued that we are ordering anyway (me & my husband) in their restaurant. The one who was serving said his Boss told them not to allow anyone to bring food & they will be told off. In the end we decided to leave even though he told us to stay..as the shawarma is served, he has already upset us. Told them we are still customer . I wasn’t sure if Boss was present. Very Shockingly poor customers service. We should have just ordered takeway in their store and brought it to the Fish & Chips shop next door, which I’m sure it is more accomodating.
