So I’ve been to this place for breakfast and although the service was a little slow the food was well worth waiting for. It was fresh piping hot and the waiting staff were really friendly. The unlimited self service toast was also really cool. The music was a little to loud for a Sunday morning at 11.30 but overall good value and quality and quirky alternative
I went to try the new range of cakes at Graveney and Meadows bakery, as I had had a previous good experience with their carrot and walnut cake (2.80).I chose their new Chocolate Cake (2.80) which looked inviting with its rich milk chocolate icing.Unfortunately, even though it was a new cake and I had taken the first slice, when I got home it was a total disappointment as the chocolate cake was really dry and overbaked, and the icing was so sickly sweet.Not impressed for 2.80, especially as we had to throw it out as it was inedible. goantolondon.wordpress.com
