ive ordered from this place many times and alway loved it and always raved about how much i do. but recently it has been disgusting. To cut the story short, my food arrived nearly 2 hours late due to all the arguing. Manager was absolutely awful. He got so angry! its like he wanted to lose customer?I wasnt even being rude! Then he said he wont deliver it? i said fine i wont pay.Anyways i ended up paying 5 due to feeling sorry for the delivery man but WOW i DO NOT RECOMMEND.absolute garbage now. They need to start losing customers for them to take some actions and realise.
I have been ordering from A’la Pizza over 10 years. in the past 12 months their standards have dropped to a big fat zero. Orders after orders were being delivered incorrectly. So today, the food arrives 90 minutes after placing an order (this is average) and this is after spending at least 7 minutes on the phone trying to order 2 pizza’s. lol.. Yes, they dont even bother to employ some one who has the ability to take orders. So the food arrives cold and incorrectly – things are missing. This time I complained, and the person in charge tried to sell me the cold food at discounted price. They dont even have principles any more. No more food from here and I highly recommend not to order from here.
They dont even know the difference between a lamb kofta and a lamb shish, tried telling me its the same thing… for about 20 minutes they said they dont sell kofta until he was told by another staff member that they do sell kofta!!!! They clearly need to take lessons on the difference between meat and also refused to send me something else in replacement so I class that theft…
