This is a real hole, a piece of work to behold. Regular customers get served first while waiting customers, well wait. Staff are rude, apart from one, they fail to monitor the bar, they don’t know who is next and don’t care, pushing in is allowed, food is crap, an area by the kit hen where staff give A++ treatment to boyfriend’s, girlfriends and friends. They also pass out freebies to them When they think people are not looking. Worst spoon I have been in by a long shot. Then when the staff are off duty they come in because their life my be pathetic and sad, and they get first dibs at the bar. However the customers in general are a smashing bunch, good diversity and friendly.
