I have been here last night to watch the Benfica-Porto derby and I was hoping to get some taste of Portugal, in another words home, meanwhile. I know it was a busy night with a full house, but having the fact that everyone had to book a table, there’s no explanation for the fact that we waited 1 hour to eat a starter and then another hour for the main dish, which by the way, was tasteless. Not counting with the fact that only after asking 4 times for a bottle of water, it finally came to the table. Not very impressed I have to say.
Better than Cafe Portugal (I am changing my score and review based on this place) and by far the best Portuguese restaurant on the street. The food is really delicious and fresh, and the portions are HUGE! Really, you get a true value for your money!Side note, the bakery owned and operated by Grelha is also amazing. I had a breakfast party last weekend and bought the pastry from here. The egg-custard thing is very tasty!
