Led by Executive Chef Madlene El Saikali, one of Lebanons leading chefs, the menu showcases classic Lebanese dishes. Head Sushi Chef Victor Klomu has created a unique Japanese fine dining menu. The Mezemiso menu features new to London creations like the salted fish, in which an elegant salt shell is broken to reveal a perfectly cooked portion of seabass beneath.
