We went to this place with great expectations as we booked for lunch three weeks in advance. To begin with, the menu is very extensive with all culinary jargons thrown in which only means that either one has to ask or google stuff. I don’t know why such trend is catching up. Anyhow, after a big tussle, we decided and ordered but only to find that our order was not taken correctly. In fact it was all messed up – two starters never arrived, and gluten free main was mixed with normal main order. Portions of certain dishes were quite disappointing. Vegetarian falafel in mains was more like tasting menu portion while beets starter lacked any flavour. The Sunday roasts which were mixed up were also not up to mark. Chicken was not well done and was chewy. Only right stuff were cocktails. The waiting staff realised the mess they created and offered additional cocktails on the house but that wasn’t enough to take the taste of sour grapes off our taste buds. In brief, big on name and marketing but a big let down on delivery!
