Here at Tribbiani's we pride ourselves on the fact that we only use fresh dough, made daily, by our trained chefs. Its the same with our pasta, made daily in our kitchens. We believe the traditional way is the best way. The fresh dough is left to proof naturally before being slapped into shape, then topped in our signature Tribbiani's sauce, fresh toppings, and our 100% mozzarella cheese. Our small intimate pizzeria is the perfect setting to enjoy the food we are famous for.
