The Hambrough Restaurant and Bar sits high above the fishing harbour in Ventnor, both our gorgeous Bar & Restaurant offer spectacular views over the whole of Ventnor bay. Our Bar is open to all daily from 11 am serving teas, coffees, wines, champagnes and cocktails. It is the perfect spot to enjoy an indulgent afternoon cocktail, pop into for a drink after being on the beach or having an aperitif before Dinner. Ashley Randle at the helm has experience of working with some of the countrys culinary masters together with ideas from different cultures and styles has been the inspiration behind his modern European menu onto which he will put his twist using local suppliers wherever possible. The Restaurant is open to residents and non-residents from Wednesday to Saturday for Lunch and Tuesday to Saturday for Dinner and also for Lunch on Sunday.
