My friend was having Asian food cravings during our short stay in London. We found this Korean place because we were dropped off in front of it after our one day tour in the city. We ordered the beef bulgogi and the spicy chicken bulgogi, which they both cooked in the kitchen. Kimchi and other appetizers had to be ordered separately too. I’m so used to Korean food in Manila where in they already come with those side dishes whenever you order meat. Everything was so-so. I guess this is the way Korean food is made to taste in London? It was one resto so can’t really say.
I needed a cozy restaurant to catch up with my friend near Victoria station but didn’t want to fall into those tourist traps so I came across Lime Orange. They serve Korean food and we had the bibimbap. The portion was big! I was struggling to finish my rice but everything was tasty so definitely give it a try if you’re in the area.
Walked In to a quiet restaurant after work, the waiter was very nice and good at helping us decide what we could have. The food came very quick and was very flavour full we had, calamari and beef thingy for starters and a chicken bimbimgam or something like that (lol can’t get the name right) and a pork bulgogi for the main. With a Korean green tea. The flavours were very nice and fresh, the tea was lovely and the atmosphere felt very warm and welcoming. The waiter was very attentive and the premises were nice and clean. The restaurant filled up very quickly but the service stayed consistently good.I would visit again definitely a good try .
I went there last weekend with my friends.Food was so good.
Great Korean food!was recommended by a close friend and was glad he did!I had a spicy calamari as a starter and it was fabulous.Bibimbap as the main course contained very fresh vegetables that was marinated perfectly.would definitely recommend it to close mates and family.
