Good cocktails. Decent pizza (rather cold by the time it arrived though). Nice staff.However, when I visited they were woefully understaffed, which rather soured the evening. Cocktails took over half an hour, pizzas arrived in odd orders (over twenty minutes apart). It’s a great little spot and could be a must visit, but on a Friday night they simply need more bodies on the floor – the waitstaff on duty were working at full tilt but there was just no way to get everything done. The food was fairly good (but cold) and the drinks were innovative and flavourful (I especially enjoyed the neon blue Violet Skies), and the pizza-and-cocktail for 12 is a fab evening deal, so I’ll endeavour to return and hope for a happier experience next time. countrymouseclaire.com
