Horrendous experience. Went for Sunday lunch on a special occaision. 1 hour for a starter, 1 and a half for main. Complained in a sympathetic fashion as they were busy. Manager (Ben Hillier) so unhelpful and smarmy, totally aghast at the attitude of a guy who’s running a bad ship! Other staff were very good, but several even said how embarrassed they were at their managers attitude. Got charged over 100 for a terrible terrible experience. Didn’t appreciate a wink and a toast off the crap manager as we left. Happy to pay for good service and quality food, but avoid this place like the plague. TERRIBLE!
