**** NEGATIVE ****One of the worst restaurants in Croydon for service . The restaurant manager behaviour is ridiculous. We ordered a few dishes including mains and we had to wait for 1 hour for food to be served . When the order came it came all together and some of it was cold anyways . I would have given negative stars but sadly it is not possible . I wouldn’t recommend this to anyway . The local takeaway is better than this Khana Peena restaurant. The restaurant manager doesn’t know what hospitality is , looks like he accidentally ended up in this profession .Please avoid ..
This specific restaurant is based in South Croydon. Me and my family always drive past here on the way to Croydon. It’s quite a large restaurant with lots of seating area inside. The restaurant also has a pleasant atmosphere with traditional Indian decor. As a starter we ordered the mixed grill and naan bread. There were a wide variety of different tandoori’s all in different flavours and ingredients. The naan bread was soft and tasted good with the tandoori. Our waiter was very polite and helpful as he suggested I try out the Chicken tikka Bhuna because I had a craving for a curry which was spicy and thick in sauce. Chicken tikka bhuna looked and smelled amazing, the thick gravy tasted even better when mixed with rice, overall a perfect meal. We would definitely return here in the future as my dad would like to try out their range of sea food.

Urggh!!!. Compared to the restaurant just round the corner the food is bland and horrible, there was food on our table which was partially eaten and the staff were ignorant and gave us the wrong food and they didnt even give a refund
Khama Peena is a very stylish Indian restaurant, I would recommend as I have always had lovely meals there. Also if you order a take away before 7 and you collect you get it half price.
No Good Food. It was a bad exprience ordering food from Khana Peena well known restaurant. The food was gross, nobody liked it. daal was smelling like burnt, malai kofta doesn’t have any malai in it. chiken chilli suched. It ruined my b’day party. I would never recommend anyone to go for it.
