Came across the cafe whilst visiting the Assembly Rooms. We just stopped for tea and cake, which was nice and not a bad price. The staff were helpful and friendly, but I think the appeal is more for the surroundings, but we enjoyed it.

Yes – it is spectacular – an intrinsic part of Bath Georgian life – with wonderful rooms – however we went for something to eat – and very unimpressed
Nothing more need be said. Tea was hot. Scone was cooked through. Why ask for a review of a cafeteria? It isn’t the Ritz.
Afternoon Tea in perfect surroundings with beautiful trio playing Just what England does at its best
Nice cakes to have with drinks. Service can be a little slow if there is a queue but staff are pleasant.
