Dip in Brilliant has a menu which gives diners their favourites when it comes to Punjabi cooking. Find dishes such as chicken tikka masala, alu chollay and karahi gosht for main course and a delicious brill grill, jeera chicken and onion bhajis for starter. Guests are served their dishes in chic stainless steel tableware and for your main course plate you are given an oval stainless steel thali plate.
