We care about our food, every meal is cooked to order and prepared in our kitchen that day. Matt has combined the influences of his life to create the menu, from traditional maori dishes to recipes passed down from generation to generation. The kiwi kitchen is Matts chance to give the UK a taste of the food he grew up with, the produce and the favours that make New Zealand unique.
