Really tasty Thai food (although skip starters and go straight to the mains) the duck curry with lychee in particular is excellent! Service is fast and always friendly, atmosphere is great inside and you’ll usually find Max’s busy as the locals know how great it is
Shit as hell.
Good. It’s been a while since I was there. I went to Max’s Thai with family and from what I remember they were very accommodating of my two young cousins. They were grumpy that evening and weren’t afraid to show it, but the restaurant dutifully took our orders and whatever modifications my family members wanted without an fuss.
