Out of frustration I wish I could swear!!Placed a order of chicken wings for someone over the phone for myself to collect, after 20 mins getting to the Lebanese Grill I still had to wait a further 10 minutes, then back to the car to discover the chips were cold and the chicken wings were cold in the inside!!! Went back to change and the staff didnt seem happy to change my order. Poor service…
I have just been there this afternoon wanting to order a chicken shawarma with large chips and a portion of the spicy rice. Despite waiting there and not being busy at the time, Ibrahim was his name I think, quickly ignored me and started to talk with two young students directly looking at their breasts while they were trying to decide what to have and then they just left. Still wanted to have some answers about the portions, Mustafa was the only one who tried to help a little even if he is just learning English. And they do speak only in Arabic between themselves in front of the customers, they could easily say anything about you, who would understand? Horrible attitude and a real sad experience as I loved some of their dishes. I live nearby but I will never come back again.
