We take beef and wine very seriously. At Asado the beef is exclusive to us in this region, and it's solely sourced from the Pampas: an area of Argentine lowlands famous for its fertile soil and pure water. Pampas is home to the fresh water rivers flowing from the Andes and has seventeen types of grass making it the ideal terroir for rearing the best quality beef.
