  EXCELLENT FOOD IN WARWICK. Ive bee to a lot of Indian restaurants, with my friends and folks. . I was out will my girlfriend in town on saturday night and we walked by an indian restaurant which we thought we would try, it used to be called Cafe Raj but we had noticed it had changed to The Raj so we decided to give it a shot. as we walked in we couldnt belive how busy it was it was full to the rim, on that note after a debate i convinced the girlfriend to wait because it must be atleast good to have this many people in it. no doubt it really didnt let us down from the friendly Smilling staff at the reception to all the way through our meal I honestly couldnt fault them they were fantastic. There was a buzz in the atmosphere which i cant really explain. Most importantly the food we had kingprawnPuree which just melted in your mouth and the variation in spices was just perfect, i had lamb chops for my main and claire had a Chicken Rezala ) the lamb were very tender and fresh the , claire ate all her Rezala and do you know it was probablly the first time that we have said that we have both enjoyed any specific restaurant at the same time. i suppose the only bad point that i should mention is that the portions are Big. i got to say well done guys. thank you Raj, ive found a new place to eaT.

  Excellent restaurant in warwick. The Raj by far my favourite Indian in Warwick. I’d would strongly advise that the poor reviews are one offs because I’ve never had a bad experience there. The service is really friendly and attentive. They serve some of the food out for you onto your plate when it arrives., The food is well presented and very tasty, every occasions! The chairs are comfortable, the room is pleasant and airy, and well decorated. It’s a great restaurant for going out with your partner, friends or family and is also suitable for big groups.

  Manager comment. As from you see we have been having negative reviews from our restaurant this has nothing to do with any thing bout our food. A customer complaining saying that he wanted to book a table for 9pm. We had only had spaces for groupon customers for 730pm because the restaurant will get busy with other bookings coming at 8pm onwards. Our food is cooked fresh it might be extra salt been put onto the dishby accident when making the byrani. Now the point is i am making that a customer cant say there is three restaurant on same street and go there. This is very naughty and i will be taking this to my solicitors. Thanks Dont give u for Negative reviews Raj will look after you when you come next visit. God Bless

  Fantastic food , from surrey we stayed in warwick for the weekend and was lucky to find the Raj , the Manager and staff were superb , There isn’t a dish on the menu which isn’t amazing!

  The family found the food as authentic as a more expensive restaurant. We really enjoyed it.
