Noisy and Cold. Yes – food IS good but the restaurant is VERY cold and noisy – too many hard surfaces. Staff are reasonable but not that friendly . Ok for a light snack but far from a relaxing experience
Very poor service…. What is it with every Carluccios the staff are so rude? No matter what town or city you are in staff at Crluccios always act like they are doing you a favour by serving you! Must be part of the job description to be arrogant. The food is very overpriced and overrated for what you get its nothing more than a fast food bistro.

If you like pasta and you are usually disappointed with the soggy tasteless affairs offered by most eateries, then give this dining experience some attention. Non poncy, good pasta and reasonable prices.
Cheerful bright clean atmosphere, swift effecient service, friendly towards children, menu pack a nice touch. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food, however we had lunch I’m sure it’s a different atmosphere in the evening.
Having spent a busy morning in Stratford we decided to have an Italian lunch. Situated next door to the river Carluccio’s looked very inviting.we were greeted with a friendly Italian smile. The food was excellent and also the staff were great with our 19 month girl. Great place for an Italian meal!!!!
Inconsistent!. The food is OK, but then again its a chain, so the food should be consistent, but it isn’t! There’s a high turnover of Staff and that doesn’t help and none of them seem to care. This chain seems more interested in pulling in tourists with money to spend, rather than providing a quality service for all and that’s a shame because it my local…
