The pizza, lasagne, everything was to our taste, one of the better places to enjoy Italian. Haven’t tried them in Dubai but i hope they will certainly meet the expectations!Friendly and hospitable staff, slightly overpriced though!
Rude staff! And nothing but over priced food that is trying to be italian but not! Would not waste my money!! And staff need to go on some customer service training! But I dont even think that would help them!!!
First experience. Of the chain…….. actually the menu looked good and it was convenient to go there so ………. we booked in advance and ariived on time……..sadly the greeter tried to then put us on the walkway rather than a better location, OK if we came in off the street but not really acceptable if we had booked……. then did not take the hint that that option was not OK with us requiring us to be more clear…then got good table ……… but from our main course choices one was sold out and the other only one left and this was at 8pm hardly late…. today I have rung and left feedback tomorrow they will ring me back, it will be interesting to record how they respond… I am not blaming the individuals on that night because it is the job of the management to get it right
