Swan is a nicely decorated hotel restaurant in the heart of Stafford. The atmosphere is great, the staff is professional and friendly. Roasted mushrooms with blue cheese on ciabatta is really delicious, the creamy Scottish mussels are to die for. The prices are reasonable. Would highly recommend. gezentianne.com
