Ensemble is a family owned and run restaurant in the heart of Wells with an enviable view of the Cathedral from our tables. We have been in Sadler Street for over three years and the extended family has a long history of hospitality in the area going back to the 1960s including the Miners Arms at Priddy which was owned and run by the infamous Paul Leyton who put wallfish (snails) on the map, here in Somerset. We serve an eclectic range of food, wines and beers with the emphasis being on quality, local suppliers, whom we support as much as possible. Mother Nature dictates our menus, which frequently change and we cater for most budgets and tastes including plant based dishes.
