Soon, brick grills replaced pit fires, and the Churrascaria, became the gathering place for feasting and friendship. Experience attentive service in the 'Rodizio' (continuous) style as your barbecue chefs will come around with massive Gaucho-style skewers, each with a tender selection of the cuts of the day.
