We have searched far and wide to find the best beef in UK. Longhorn Beef was it, so good in fact that we named our restaurant after it! We buy the cattle through our farmer, and use carefully selected cuts, to produce the ultimate burger. The cattle are grass fed, and organically farmed, which really comes across in the flavour of the meat. There is no need for any strong tasting sauces, the beef does all the talking! As we essentially buy the whole cow, we are very fortunate to have access to the rest of the cattle, so we are able to serve the beautiful steaks, most of which usually go to the top restaurants in the UK. We have lots of other exciting choices, platters (fish, meat, cheese), and delicious salads.
