I have mixed reviews about this place. I visited it when on transit via Heathrow and had maybe bit high expectations. It serves authentic Indian cuisine, I had a sumptuous meal of Garlic Nun and Sag Paneer. The interiors are nicely furnished and the staff is professional – maybe just too professional. The restaurant lacked the touch of home which an Indian out of India for a long time may yearn for. The prices were high considering the quantity or the taste, though one reason may be it’s proximity to the 4* hotels around. Overall Achari is a winner but maybe fails to touch the heart of homesick Indians.

This is one of the best meals I’ve eaten in London. I especially loved the little touches like the warm towelettes and the plate warmers. Great service, food was delicious.

The most popular Indian place in the heathrow area, I guess pretty much who stays in a hotel there or works there ends up at the place one time or the other. Congested place, ordinary service, overpriced average food but due to no other choices in the area, it’s damn popular!

The Briyani is nice. Chicken tandoori and Nann is awesome. The king prawn curry and papadum is really hot and crispy. Not expensive at all.

This is a good choice for people living in and around West Drayton. It also is a good option for travellers who are staying near heathrow as they offer delivery. The staff are very friendly ad the service is excellent. The tandoori dishes are grilled well without burning them. The garlic chicken masala and chicken madras are very good with the correct blend of spices.A lovely place for a meal with family and friends.
