Svetlana saved our wedding!…it was the night before and we were at wits end what to do… our decorator had forgotten tables for 16 people!Svetlana came to our aid, telling us all to keep calm and that she would sort something out!Indeed like our own Fairy god mother, the next morning everything was magically sorted.Indeed, throughout the whole experience, she always made herself available with valuable advice. She truly went above and beyond. The food was truly fantastic, my grandma would be proud! All our guests loved it, wed been told it was some of the best wedding food theyd ever had. Truly outstanding service, all the staff were immaculate, friendly and professional, also wonderful table setting! We all had an amazing experience, thank you so much for catering our wedding!
The food is decent and the decor is lovely, but they really are let down by quite rude customer service. This place is an important hub of the Ukrainian community, which is great, but I do feel many of the staff are not interested in even the facade of friendliness to anybody other than the regulars.
Excellent little coffee shop. No one can walk past without stopping and staring through the window at the display of freshly baked cakes, tarts, and pies. The women who run this place are friendly and hard working, happy to help describe the cakes on offer. I recommend the red velvet and honey cakes in particular. Coffees are freshly ground and start from as little as 1.70. Lunch options are great with pizzas, pies, and fresh quiches. Get there early as seating is limited and quite tight. It’s great to see a new local business doing so well and a sure sign that Stratford is on the up!
We ordered two drinks on arrival and after 20 minutes had to go back to the counter and re order! It was not very busy but clearly our drinks order was not considered too attractive. It is a cafe! Pleasant interior, insipid service and minimal atmosphere. Food looked good but we did not eat and won’t return.
