This restaurant has a RAT PROBLEM. When questioned, staff admitted they have had a rat problem for months and are yet to do anything about it. AWFUL.
I usually order for home delivery, service has mostly been good. Chicken is tasty and well cooked, order is nearly always complete. I have only bought the Piri from here not the fried chicken.
The food was not so bad but the whole experience was. The food is ridiculously expensive when aligned with the quality you get. The manager is an illiterate ape who keeps shouting at his employees in front of the guests. The environment is hostile and unpleasant for a nice calm lunch.
I have ordered from Pepe’s a number of times. Every time they have got my order wrong and late on delivery. Rude and bad customer service when I’ve called to find out where my order is and why they have got it wrong. I have waiting for over 1.5 hrs for a simple order. This is totally unacceptable. I suggest and urge people not to order from this establishment. Jack
A really good and nice place if you’re just in the mood for easy but still good and tasty fastfood. Would definately recommend it
