A music venue in Kilburn and generally just famous for that but honestly, it’s never worth the entrance fee. The sound in here is awful and unless you are going to watch a band that you know, don’t bother. Very rarely will you even be able to hear if someone has any talent. It’s overpriced, dark and dirty.
The Good Ship is one of the most well-known spots in Kilburn and has been frequented by a number of fairly high profile young celebrities for some of its music nights. Inside the venue is nothing spectacular, it’s a bit dark and dingy, but I guess most small and edgy clubs are. People usually come here for a drink, a boogie and a good time, but there’s some finger food available if you’re feeling a little peckish as well. The atmosphere is usually very lively and you can often see a group of rock and roll or hipster types hanging around on the side road. You can check their website to see what live music they have on offer. Entry generally ranges from free to 10, depending on the events on.
