One thing I don’t like in life is bad serviceWent in here for a coffee and cake – there were 4 people serving/working behind the counter. No-one else was in the customer queue except for me. I stood there waiting for about 45 seconds whilst the person supposedly serving, and directly in front of the til, was chatting away to her colleague. She could see I was there but continued to chat until I interrupted them. She seemed quite put outWhoever owns this place – you need to employ some new staffFocus on and be present with your customer – and get them to read a fascinating book on customer service called Fish!

Great food and the best Chai Latte in town!! Everything is good here, from the pastries to the sandwiches. French/Italian mix of style. Also it’s really well located near by the tube station. The staff is lovely and very friendly.

The reviews below must have been written by fake people, or people who just ordered food and seat down without any customer activity. The food is ok, but very very over priced. The fat woman behind the counter who has been there for a long time is rude, very rude, I think she is Polish or something… the Italian little guy who makes the coffee doesn’t seem to like or enjoy his job is not only rude but also has really bad manners. He was almost breaking the plates when taking the plates out from the washing machine, very moody and aggressive. He got upset when I asked him to make my coffee stronger after he already made the coffee, because he didn’t hear the lady from the counter asking him that when I placed my order, he almost told me to fuck off… people who don’t like their job should just fuck off themselves from the job they have…if you don’t like it, maybe you should get another shit job rather then treat people with disrespect…The food and coffee is ok, but the price is very very over priced and the customer service is really shit. As long as you say hello it’s ok, if you complain that you found a hair in your food, the fat woman treated me badly rather then just having a good attitude about it, when you want a refund she was still shouting at me, and would just be so rude, never experienced anything like this in my life…like the fat woman who has been there for a long time now… she is so rude… she doesn’t like what she does either, go back to where you came from… I’m not english but I hate people who come from low standards bad education and is unhappy on this country but don’t want to go back because they don’t have any stability….very poor customer service…For my point of view, its a good location, the place is nice, but that is it…people there has got a really really bad attitude and no manners, I have no idea who is the owner or managing this shop, but they must find other people or they are like this people themselves… I was very disappointed!

We had a great lunch at C’est Ici. We all four chose paninis and baguettes which were fresh and tasty. One of my eating partners and I looking at the same two decided to share – one with brie and one with goats cheese. They were both delicious. There were plenty of fantastic looking cakes and desserts but I decided to leave these for another visit.

Soooooo Rude!. Twice the staff were rude so there will definitely not be a third visit! Unbelievable.

Owner rude to staff, food mediocre. When we were sitting outside on a busy Saturday a customer stepped outside and warned a member of staff that one of her colleagues was being rude to them. She mumbled an apology and that’s it. That staff member was exactly talking to the owner who was sitting outside.well I get where the rude attitude comes from! The bossy attitude and unfriendly tone of his voice, I’d get cranky too if my boss would address me like that. The sandwiches seem very nice (haven’t tried them), we had a croissant and pain au chocolat which were a bit dry. If you don’t care about customer service its fine but unfortunately its not the little gem it could have been.

I live locally and a cafe like this would be ideal for the area, however the are unbelievably rude. They have a system where the cashier prepares the sandwiches too, which means that often you have to wait for 10 minutes to order a coffee with only one person in the line. When you get to the till there is no smile, no thanks or good morning. It’s amazingly rude, I’ve been several times and I can’t believe it.
