Amano comes from the Italian phrase by hand and refers to the way in which we approach each and every dish. With artisanal produce sourced freshly from Italy, our menus feature classic Italian specialities including antipasti, gelato, and pizzas made with head chef Fabio Moschini s award winning dough. Upstairs, we have four individually styled boutique bedrooms.Named after our favourite Italian actresses and singers, the bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind and are furnished with everything you may need for a relaxing stay. Amano is sister to The Swan in West Malling and Swan at Shakespeares Globe in London.
