I always enjoy my Nero’s coffees and never disappointed. Service always good. However I always find the mezzanine too hot and it does get busy.
Worth a visit if you are an O2 prioritise customer . . . you can sometimes get a free drink etc via the app. Good quality drinks and cake.
I wouldn’t recommend, and won’t be returning. The drinks are very overpriced, given the quality. The staff were pleasant and friendly, but took around 20minutes to make three drinks without anyone being else being in the cafe.

Nice coffee the location is not nice very dark not at all welcoming staff friendly enough thou just not my favourite Café Nero
Met here with friends. Never really too busy in the evening. Staff always good and quick to serve. They have a tiny seating area upstairs if you want a bit of privacy. There is also some seating outside. Good location.
