I walked out after they got my order wrong twice and then the staff and management made out it was my fault! Really poorly trained staff and management that seem to think it’s okay to treat customers like dirt.
Best cafe in Woking, been coming here for over a year and service always good, staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice of coffees, bagels are always generously filled,they are a must try when visiting.
This independent cafe has been at the entrance of Wolsey Walk for some time and has proved a real hit to its regulars. I hope that it is given a suitable replacement venue when the M & S work begins.
