Great place for breakfast!. Lovely owners, very accommodating. Great large portions for a good price and all the food is great quality and very tasty! Free wifi is great. Definitely choose the chunky crusty bread!!
Good but….. Not as good as The Savoy Grill.
I’m sitting here in popular two cafe it’s snowing outside and it’s lovely and warm in here, heaters in breakfast served great quick service as well as would you believe it free wifi!! Great place to start the day fill your belly and leave with a smile
Subsequent Visits. Been back a few times now, and each time been very satisfied. Yesterday’s (09 June 2012) special deserves special mention – Steak and Kidney Pudding. Very tasty and plenty of it. Served with mash, carrots and cabbage, it was delicious.02 Jun, 2012Lunch, 2 June 2012. Tried this place for the first time today, and was very impressed. The cafe is well maintained, very clean and the staff genuinely friendly and helpful.Had sausage & mash, onions, peas and gravy. It was served hot and was delicious, plentiful and excellent value for money. All the necessary accompaniments were provided, including english mustard.Highly recommended. Glad I tried it, suspect I’m going to be a regular customer from now on.
Popular Two Cafe is a family run business and has been for many years. The food is well cooked, reasonable prices and plenty of it. The service is very friendly and comfortable surroundings.There is a wide choice of meals and they also provide a take away service.I am unable to choose a favourite meal as they are all so good.Give them a try.
