Absolutely love this cafe best lasagne I have ever tasted and pretty decent paninis definitely recommend this if ever in East London. Prices are also very low

Really nice little cafe, very friendly, great service, great value and a nice choice of sandwiches/salads/ hot foods. I’ve started to get my lunch here quite regularly, sitting in and taking away, sit in meals have generous portions with a big side salad and there’s loads of choice for sandwich fillings and breads. Hardly ever have to wait and the coffee’s a good price too. 1.60 for a latte to take away, far better than the expensive chains!

This Place has the best Panini. Iv been here 4 times and Had Chicken Sweetcorn Mayo Panini with salad that comes with Pasta too an i always ordered a Hot Chocolate. Chicken Sweetcorn Mayo Panini is my favorite at of all the other ones on the menu. Had honey mustard chicken didn’t like it because the chicken was too dry.

Fourth time here and picked up a jacket potato with chicken & avocado – now I have had jackets from many places and so far, this was the best one made just right. The place is always packed during lunch hours due to the Royal London Hospital and the Dental Hospital staff along with the locals. The place is very clean and service has always been good the times I been.I need to judge how their breakfasts are….. if I even can get up that early!

I go here time to time, enjoy my visit every time. Nice and pleasant atmosphere. The staff are friendly and so is the owner. The lamb tagine which I ordered was very nice, lamb was soft and so was the vegetables. Melted in my mouth. Presentation was nice also. This cafe also does very good Panini’s with a good range.

The restaurant has only a few of the Moroccan dishes available on the menu. they are reasonably priced and taste really good. they are yet to receive their liquor license so the only beverages available are the soft drinks, tea and coffee. the employees here are helpful and friendly. on Thursday’s and Friday’s , couscous is served.
