  Awful & overpriced!!. This is the 2nd time I have eaten here and the 1st time was pretty bad. The food was not worth the price(small portions, high price) and the service was terrible!I thought I would give it the benefit of doubt to visit a 2nd time as other people have enjoyed it.It is often busy so they must be doing something right? Not enough as far as I’m concerned. The service here is a lottery, regularly ignored and the bare minimum service is provided.All 8 of our party had starters and a main course. I had Gorgonzola Mushrooms which was nice but 3 slices of mushroom for 5.95 is a joke.Sirloin steak was my main course and extremely disappointing. More than half of this was gristle and fat so reluctantly sent it back which caused a drama within the staff and eventually the manager came to argue on the side of the restaurant. I’m aware that fat adds flavour but this was ridiculous. I wasn’t the only one with inadequate steak as another person left most of theirs. However, they did take it off the bill.The food in general can be nice but they do produce sub-standard food too frequently. The portions are small for the price and the service frustrating. Our party was 50/50 about their food which speaks for itself.It’s very unlikely I would eat here in future
