The Bath buns were different from the Sally Lunn buns. I dropped by and bought a few. The dough was soft and the bun had currants and sugar nibs as toppings. The best part was the lump of sugar in the middle it was semi melted but still retained that crunchy texture. An overall interesting twist to a normal bun and it wasnt too sweet at all.
