Given a 1 because I have to give something but this place was so dissappointing that I feel they aren’t worth that. Someone had referred this restaurant to me as being ‘Portuguese’ and so naturally being close to home, we decided to go for lunch. It took some time for the waiter to fully accommodate us with a table as we had to wait for him to stop his chit chat with another member of staff while cleaning the table. He took our orders and came back to state that one of the dishes was only available for one person which obviously is fine and we quickly rearranged our chosen dishes. He was mostly concerned about serving the other member of staff who had sat down for her lunch break. However, after being reassured our meal would not take long to be served it was aproximately 40 mins later, that we received 2 of our main courses, my one I must add was not very hot . We had to ask where our son’s meal was, and wait more than 10mins later for it to arrive. Really feel that the staff lack very much in hospitality and customer service. Food was ok, but nothing special. Such a let down as there aren’t many Portuguese restaurants in the area. Dissappointing!
