Order was not ready – no brigadeiros for baby shower!!!!. I ordered brigadeiros for my baby shower last weekend. Called twice during the week to reconfirm, it was all ok, but when my husband went to pick it up in Willesden Green (45min away), the order wasn’t ready! They said they had it written for the 16th (why did they confirm twice that week that they had my order for the 6th??), and asked him to wait 30min while the brigadeiros would be made in Kensal Rise. Husband couldn’t wait as he had to pick up something else arrive at the baby shower on time, so I’ve asked whether Sabor Mineiro could deliver – they had messed up my order! They said no, and only offered my husband to pick the brigadeiros up in Kensal Rise (further away), said they did not mind if I gave bad reviews because they had been in business for 12 years and never had a problem. So we left without brigadeiros for our baby shower, and I later found out at least 3 other women had similar experience and like me, we’ll never more buy or order anything from Sabor Mineiro – very unprofessional company, disrespectful management, who don’t deserve to be in business! STAY AWAY if you want to avoid headache and stress!!!
