Worst #customerservice. Rude staff. Will not recommend.1)The food ordered was not delivered at the estimated delivery time. In Fact not after almost an hour of estimated delivery time(the driver refused to come to the exact address and kept on insisting me to come to him. When I refused he said he cannot find the exact address and there is nothing he can do) at that point I had to cancel the order.2)Delivery driver was rude and unapologetic.3)Provided misleading information to customer on the app.(Status was changed to delivered when I had not received the order and then the next day they cancelled the order)4) I had to chase them to issue the refund which should have been done at the first place. (The restaurant also refused the refund and told me that they will send the same order again when I refused and asked for the refund they said they cannot do that. This was when food was not delivered to me)5) Also till date I did not receive a call from the manager when I specifically asked for it.The way they handled this situation only shows how poorly they treat their customers.
